SilCool™ TIS370C is a 1 component, thermally conductive silicone compound from Momentive Performance Materials.

Developed to be suitable for use on various automated application and dispensing systems.

TIS370C cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a cured rubber exterior surface, while maintaining a pasty mass consistency.
