We approached Silicone Solutions after having thermal expansion issues with our existing potting compound. We were in pre-production with significant backorders of over 10000 units. Time was of the essence and Andy Briars, Silicone Solutions Technical Manager recognised this straight away. He immediately attended site within 24 hours to discuss the issues with our engineers and samples were provided quickly along with onsite testing support.
