SS-RTV224570 Description

SS-RTV224570 is a grey two-component liquid silicone rubber for coating. Automotive and mass transit, railway gangways and oil and gas installations are typical applications of SS-RTV224570 where the product has been tested to UL94 V1 standard

Tested by EN45545-2 and obtained HL3 (In the form of 2.1mm slab containing 2 layers of aramid fabric)

Typical Uncured Properties

SS-RTV224570A – grey in appearance with a viscosity of 15000cps
SS-RTV224570B – milky white in appearance with a viscosity of 15000cps

The mix ratio by weight A:B is 10:1 and a pot life of 2 days is possible at 23 degree C

For making a suitable product, mix components A and B in the ratio of 10:1 (by weight)

SS- RTV224570 Storage and Shelf Life

Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
Use within 12 months from the day of manufacture.
Keep out of the reach of the children.

Part A: 200Kg straight drum or 20Kg straight PE pail
